This year we have experienced the foundations of our relationships put to the test, constant uncertainty, a plethora of time alone (or with our household members), and multiple social adversities bubbling to the surface of our society. And from this we have had to adapt by opening our hearts, facing the obstacles head on, and pressing on, for we know that this too shall pass. As this coarse year comes to an end I wish you deep peace in your heart and soul, self-compassion, and continued renewal and restoration. I wish you a year of optimal health and strength to overcome the hard times, growth to expand your inner-self, prosperity and abundance, and inspiration to accomplish all the goals you set for yourself in 2021. Thank you for the opportunity to be of service and your loyal support.

Sadly, young scout Andrew, was killed by a drunk driver while hiking the Greenbelt Trail with his Scout Troop. He was the second born child to one of my HypnoBirthing couples. You can virtually walk and support the McMorris Family to honor the memory of Andrew as they raise funds to finish the lodge at Baiting Hollow Scout Camp out on Long Island. I will be physically walking the Long Beach Boardwalk Friday morning as the capacity to join the Scouts and Andrew's family in person on Friday has been reached.
