good morning. We have tried to make changes to our phone lines last week. And of course things did not go as planned. So i have set up our fax line to be available to leave messages. i have made changes to the call now button at the top of the page to this number. or you can dial it 315-682-1761.

We would like to update you on our business procedures moving forward. We have adjusted our business practices and engagement with our customers since New York on Pause took affect. we will continue to practice social distancing and mask wearing when needed at our establishment. We have from day 1 cut our in- person customer interaction to "only as needed". All transactions and orders are done over the phone and no contact curbside pick up is available. we ask everyone if you... will be coming in contact with employees or customers while they are on the property, they must wear a mask. we ask that no one show up without giving us prior notification or setting up an appointment with us. These policies & procedures are going to be in place for us for a very long time. (Our choice) Your Emails(please leave a call back number) and phone calls (please leave a message- that's why we have an answering machine) and messages on Facebook will be answered, it just takes time to get back to everyone. And remember , we are a cut to order sawmill , please be prepared to wait at least a week for your orders. SO plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time. Thank you for supporting our small business
