It is my pleasure to introduce the newest member of my management team! Wayne Kay comes to us with close to 50 years experience in the field of stationary engineering , building engineering , facility management and project and construction management. Wayne is responsible for the daily operations of Painters Plus and will oversee the construction projects that PP are currently involved in . Wayne is an avid outdoors person. Wayne has done World Championship fishing in Costa ...Rica and has appeared in a episode of the History Channels Swamp People where he hunted alligators in the Louisiana swamps. He is also an avid hunter! Wayne and his wife Patti have a blended family of 4 children and 9 grandchildren and currently reside in Allegany NY in the southern tier. Welcome to the team Wayne!!!

Our 10th annual Painters Plus project HOPE was another huge success! I had over a dozen of my employees, some cub scouts and Legislator Rich Andres and his kids... to knock this out in under 4 hrs! The homeowners at 118 Zimmerman St. are extremely happy! Thanks to Franco's Pizza for donating the lunch for the workers, and thanks to Mayor Arthur Pappas and the city council for supporting this for the last several years. We received a call yesterday from the owner Jack Hornung from Cask + Cow that they had two employees that tested positive for COVID-19 and made a smart business decision to temporarily shut down to have everything disinfected. They called us to come in and fog the entire facility including kitchen, bathrooms, bar, indoor and outdoor dining areas with our amazing NON-TOXIC disinfectant fog that kills 99.9% of all viruses including the Coronavirus.
