Perinton Food Shelf 09.12.2020

As we are preparing for the cold, we need to prepare our community food shelf too for the colder weather. We need: tea, boxes of jello, grape jelly, strawberry jelly, stuffing, gravy, pasta mixes, tomato products (not spaghetti sauce), cookies, salad dressing, canned pears, canned peaches, canned fruit cocktail, canned potatoes, potato mixes, chili, hash, beef stew and soup (not chicken noodle). Thank you so much for your support. Drop off places are the Perinton Community Center, Fairport Library, Red Bird Market, and numerous churches.

Happy Fall everyone. The Perinton Food Shelf currently is in short supply of: oatmeal, frosting, brownies, pudding cups, grape jelly, strawberry jelly, gravy, cookies, baking mixes, tomato products (not spaghetti sauce) cooking oil, boxed or canned potatoes, ketchup, mayonnaise, shampoo and tissues. You may drop off donations, at the Perinton Community Center (around the back of the bldg.), Fairport Public Library, Red Bird Market and many churches. Thank you for all your help in the past.

We have been overwhelmed by our community's response during this time. We have received a record number of donations, food and monetary donations. We are so grateful for your support. We are still in need of a few more items. They are: gravy, stuffing, canned beef stew, corned beef hash, roast beef hash, mustard, ketchup, pancake mix, syrup, hot chocolate, boxed dried potatoes, and frosting. We also accept personal hygiene products The best place to drop donations off would be at the Perinton Community Center around the back of the building where they have bins. Red Bird Market does accept them also.
