I'm super excited that gyms will be open again,(I was losing my heavy lifting gains and miss hitting things) but who stopped actually training during the shutdown Certainly not me I'm not ashamed to say I had some very bad days and fell off The Path a bit, but once you realize that the path, the discipline, the choice and everything you want is inside you, literally nothing can stop you... Shutdowns, lack of supplies, lack of money...all excuses! There is always a way to get it done. Just get back up and get after it.
