I apologize for the delay in get letters out. Our EHR company cannot figure out how to create an active roster, and sending letters out to 40 years worth of patients is not feasible. Here is the update: I have signed a contract with neurosciences group and will be reopening at 323 St Rt 5 in Elbridge across from the Millstone golf course. The plan is to open as early as 3/8/2021, though this is tentative at the moment. We will be combing our services to offer primary care along with a host of other services including pain management. We are still working on an official letter with more details, and I appreciate your patience. For now please continue to use the on-call number for prescription refills and emergent issues. Unfortunately, without notice, the construction crews have decided to cut our driveway this morning and completely block our driveway. You can not get in or out of the driveway. This is going to cause an interruption in business and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
