We are happy to announce that we are once again participating in the Long Island Cares food drive for the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Thanks to all of our wonderful residents, for the last 6 years Providence on the Park has been able to make a very generous donation to this food bank, helping so many families on Long Island. Donations of non-perishable food items can be placed in the bin located right outside the clubhouse. We thank all of you in advance for your donations!

Thank you to all of our generous residents who donated to the food drive in November! The amount of food donated this year was above and beyond what was expected! We will once again be participating in Toys for Tots! The box is now out in the clubhouse for anyone who wishes to donate an unwrapped toy. All donations must be made by December 16th. Thank you in advance!

Our resident holiday party is now more than halfway sold out... If you are planning on attending please don't wait to sign up!

A huge Thank you to our social committee for putting together what was a great night for Providence Apartments Halloween Party! A great time was had by all.

Save the Date: December 13th from 6-10 pm will be our Annual Resident Holiday Party. Details will be posted on Friday in the clubhouse!

Thank you to our social committee Lynn, Cammy, & Dianne for hosting yet another successful event this past Saturday! Our residents enjoyed the Belmont Stakes Party this past weekend!

Effective today residents will no longer be able to pay their rent through clickpay. All residents with emails on file should have received an email with an activation link to set up your online portal through our new software. The email was generated from appfolio! Please go ahead and set up your online portal in order to make payments, see community announcements, submit work orders, and much more! Any questions please feel free to stop into the office or give us a call!

Once again we will be offering Defensive Driving in the clubhouse on Wednesday April 10th from 6:30 till 9:30pm for only $40! For all who took the course with David 3 years ago, it's time to renew! David will be back for a one night course! Sign up in the office by April 8th! :)

We are excited to announce that beginning May 1, 2019 we will be using new software! This will require all residents to set up an online portal! Through this online portal you can send maintenance requests, pay your rent, view community memos, and much more! If you currently use click-pay to pay your rent, please be sure to submit your rent no later than April 9th, as we will no longer be using click-pay effective April 10th. Please keep an eye out in your email for your portal activation email. All residents who have an email on file should receive by April 13th. If you do not receive please come see us at the office! Stay tuned for more information to come! :)

All residents should have received an updated profile in the mail, we ask that you please return that to our office by Thursday! Thank you in advance!!
