Today is Principal's Day! That's our principal, waving from her office. During any given year, principals work so hard for our kids, but this past year, as we all know, has been very different. At PS 29 we are grateful to have a principal like Dr. Fagin. This past year has been a 24-7 job for her, not to mention the endless changes and demands of the job she has weathered. She is always guided by what is best for our students and our community. We thank Dr. Fagin on this day for all the love she gives to our school.

Heartwarming news! The more than 150 coats that PS 29 collected for the NY Cares Coat drive are on their way to Camp Friendship in Park Slope. Thank you to the many families who donated coats to help someone in need. Special thanks to Skye Hilton for driving the coats!!

Beginning Thursday, December 10th, children born in 2016 can apply to kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year.

Join us online for two screenings only of our whimsical family concert, Petra & Wolfie, with new live footage and highlights from last year’s beloved show. Featuring the Conservatory’s 65-member orchestra, the hilarious Lorinne Lampert and Francis Heaney and everyone’s favorite monster, this special presentation is a great indoor musical activity for ages 4-10.
