It's a New Year, Bob is out working and so are the kids. Getting organized!

A letter to our customers; 2020 started out steady and typical as ever. But then the rug was pulled out from underneath the entire world. The wind was knocked out of all of us, and things changed over night. There was just, silence! We didn't know where to turn, we didn't know who to believe. We went thru lots of ups and downs this year. Long time employees left, previous employees returned, faithful customers moved away and our new shop, was put on hold. We turned towards ea...ch other and decided to make the best of it and 'thrive,' in a time of uncertainty. Thrive we did! We were one of the fortunate businesses, we are a necessity to modern living. We are looking forward to a new year, with new goals and expectations. 2021 is not going to be a 'light switch' it will take time and patience, to find some sort of normalcy, in these turbulent times. We appreciate the crew we have and for the days they stuck with us. While we tried to figure out this 'new norm,' keeping them safe and our customers satisfied. Thank you to the customers, who keep asking for our help. We will end 2020 on a 'good note' from a customer. Thanks to the crew. We have installed countless heating systems this fall. We are rounding out 2020, with a full week.

It was a busy Christmas and holiday weekend full of work for the Bradway brothers. No rest for the weary.
