At first, its nice to see the first wildflowers in the sugarbush. But, it's way, way too early! Its only March 25. We shouldn't see these for another few weeks. You can't convince a sugarmaker that climate change isn't real.

For everyone asking, we are sad to say that there will NOT be a Pancake Weekend again this spring. We are hoping to be able to do it this fall if COVID conditions allow. Thanks to all for your interest and inquiries. We will keep you posted. In the meantime, your Maple goodies are all available as always. Maple syrup, cream, sugar candy, and granulated maple sugar are ready for your pick up.

We have been honored, and deeply, deeply touched to receive a truly special gift! We were presented with a unique and personal photo book to commemorate the 50th Pancake Weekend at Sanger's. Put together by our niece, Alexis Hansen, with the clandestine cooperation of many, many family and friends. It is a glorious documentation of 50 years of family, of community, of tradition, and fun. As most of you know, the annual event has not happened as scheduled do to the COVID-19 virus, but we haven't given up the possibility! In the meantime, sincere thanks to everyone that helped in this endeavor. It means the world to know how many people appreciate the Sanger family's work and dedication over 50 years of pancake breakfasts and 96 years of making maple syrup. We are truly blessed.
