We are looking for someone to join our team to assist our merchandising department. This person would be responsible for restocking the accessories and apparel section, receiving new shipments and helping customers while out on the floor. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards... Maintain a well-stocked store Determine customers’ needs and wants Recommend and display items that match customer needs Welcome and greet customers Manage point-of-sale processes Receive, unbox and file new shipments Keep up to date with product information Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow all company policies and procedures Requirements Experience in motor sports industry is highly preferred, or the evident ability to learn quickly will be considered Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Solid communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Basic administration skills Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Our scheduled hours are Tuesday- Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm. Occasional overtime may be required as job duties demand.
