Society for Classical Studies

The American Society of Overseas Research is encouraging BIPOC students to apply for ASOR summer stipends, which fund summer research on excavation projects (and include travel support to the ASOR conference in Chicago in November). At least five of these stipends are specifically reserved for BIPOC applicants. This is part of a focused initiative by ASOR to establish and endowment to show its commitment to change in the long-term. Look for big news from them on this front next week!
