THE LORD of the HARVEST! As we watch the changing of the seasons, the breathtaking colors of fall and the preparation of the fields for next spring, let’s be reminded that Jesus said, ’Do not say that there are four months until the harvest. I tell you truthfully to lift up your eyes and look upon the fields for they are ready for harvest right now!’ Jesus has a vested interest in the harvest as He paid a great price for it! We must be aware that the Harvest is ripe for the ...picking and not let it spoil in the field. Each person’s time may be shorter than we realize, so time is of the essence in reaching those around us. Let’s not be sorrowful someday for those missing as we stand before the Lord because we did not reap in a timely manner. Look at each one in your field with new insight and make sure they hear the Good News of the Lord of the Harvest before it’s too late. He’s coming for fruit!
