This will be a virtual workshop featuring Yin Yoga with @nika.antuanette and Meditation with @carlahac It’s the perfect way to center your spirit during the holidays, bring this year to an end, and get you set up for 2021 while raising funds for an amazing, life saving organization.... This holiday season I am working with generous businesses to raise money for the amazing non-profit organization @artandabolition @artandabolition exists to heal, empower, and protect young girls in Kenya who have survived sexual violence as a result of poverty. They do this through art therapy, education, foster care and economic empowerment. 100% of the money will be donated to this organization.
