Just received our "FINE" from the SLA after the 3rd visit during the same week (few weeks ago). #businessharrassment at its best to say the least. They gave us a verbal warning that costs over $1k. We can clearly see that the city is desperate for any sort of money they can get. Even if it means watching an establishment for 25 minutes and making a storyline to collaborate with the infraction. If you want to shut us down, let it be for a public safety violation and not for someone standing up next to their seat! BS!!! Or for someone who ate 30 minutes ago, and inspector checks 5 MINUTES LATER FOR 25 minutes after! We will clean our tables!!!! We are not a pig establishment!
