Join Damara and Amanda for a reflective, soothing yoga and meditation workshop to reset after the new year. Release the urge to control the outcome, exhale, soften, and take 90 minutes to open up and receive what is already coming to you. We'll start with breath work, followed by calm, slow yin-like movement to open the body and unblock any stuckness.
