Syracuse University Sustainability 31.10.2020

Thanks so much to all who joined in our second edition of our Virtual Pantry Cookin' class last night! We all made a spice paste to enhance your standard ramen, chopped up veggies, and once again, encouraged everyone to venture from the recipe, look in their kitchens and make it their own! If you missed last nights cooking class, we will post the recording on our website later on. We will be hosting ONE MORE class come November 12! Sign up at sustainability.syr.edu! And a huge shoutout to our partner, @hendrickschapel for all of the hard work you do for our students! #endfoodinsecurity #eatgoodfood #syracuseuniversity #virtualpantrycookin #funinthekitchen #showyourflavor

Huge shoutout to @su_schoolofdesign for helping us winterize #petesgivinggarden. Even with the rain, covid challenges, and drop in temperatures, we had about 20 students help us today. Students alternated shifts in the garden to keep the number of people to a minimum and everyone wore masks. Could not have done this all without you! I love the enthusiasm and energy you all brought with you! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
