Today is #GivingTuesday & it's one that will mean so much more than in years past to many non-profit businesses. This has been a very challenging year for most, but has been especially hard for volunteer-run, non-profits like Buffalo Curling Club, as the COVID grant programs are not designed for groups like us. Looks like we have our first customer in line for league sign-up. He's a bit early though! Maybe he didn't see his shadow?!? As we stated yesterday, the BCC Board members are taking this matter very seriously. The health and safety of not only our members, but also the families and friends of our members are a top priority! EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: All leagues & curling related activities are postponed for at least 2 weeks (thru 3/26) . You will all be receiving an email today with more information. Thank you all for your understanding in this matter!

COVID-19 Update (aka Coronavirus). Please understand that the BCC Board Members are taking this very seriously and we are meeting tonight to discuss our plans. As of right now, leagues ARE STILL ON until you hear otherwise from us. Here are a few simple things that we should all be doing from here on out until further notice. * Pre and post game handshakes should be suspended until further notice. We hope everyone understands this. A simple elbow bump or head nod will suffi...ce. * We will be taking steps to disinfect rock handles and club broom handles as often as we can. Please be sure you are using your specific rocks (lead is 1&2, 2nd is 3 &4, vice is 5 & 6 and skip is 7 & 8) * Please remember that is your responsibility to clean up after yourselves both on and off the ice Per recommendations: * If you feel ill, please stay home. * Wash your hands often.
