Brussel Sprouts Medley House of Olives Koroneiki EVOO House of Olives Maple Bourbon Balsamic... Large bag brussel sprouts halved Red and yellow peppers chopped Diced water chestnuts Almond slivers 4 crushed garlic cloves Cover brussel sprouts in EVOO and bake at 350 until browned and slightly softened. Sauté garlic cloves in EVOO in large pan Add peppers - lightly sauté - you want a little firmness - al dente! Add brussel sprouts - douse in Balsamic Add almonds and water chestnuts at the very end prior to serving. Sandy’s Secret Ceasar Salad Drsg - please don’t’ share 1/2 cup House of Olives EVOO (single varietal) 1 Tbsp. House of Olives Fig Balsamic 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano grated cheese... 1 egg yolk 2 garlic cloves crushed 1/8 tsp. Each of Dry mustard/salt/pepper 1/4 fresh lemon squeeze Wisk all ingredients until thickened. Toss dressing in chopped romaine lettuce and chicken. I like to add sun-dried tomatoes, croutons and sprinkled Asiago cheese. Serves four! Enjoy!! Pick up at House of Olives is Friday and Saturday 5-8pm. You can pre-order at 716-949-9806.
