99 new baby Loggerheads in Cayo Largo this afternoon! Congratulations to our newest Daddy Pat who adopted this nest to help us continue our good work!! Please check out the many ways you can be involved at Turtlesofthecaribbean.org

First release of the season in Cayo Largo! More than 200 hatchlings were released on their nesting beach successfully. Thank you to the dedicated staff that remains on the island to care for these precious babies. And thank you again to Nola and Gary for adopting these 2 nests and allowing their work to continue. Nola's Nest has hatched! She is the proud "momma" to 105 healthy and energetic baby Green Sea Turtles! They will be released on their nesting sight safely and we hope to see them as juveniles on our travels. Maybe a few will return to these shores as Mommies of their own some day. Thank you Mindy for adopting this nest and making this possible!!

The Albino Beauties in Cayo Largo are getting so big and strong! We can’t wait to celebrate their first Birthday in July!! Although it doesn’t look like we can be there in person, we will have some exciting ideas for everyone to celebrate coming soon! Thank you for the staff at the sanctuary for their continued work during this very difficult time. There have already been 13 nests moved to the sanctuary for safe hatching. Your hard work is so very important to the preservation and conservation of these species.
