The PIXIES are here! Our new hens have finally started laying, and for a limited time we will have pixie eggs available at our store. These are smaller than the usual eggs that are sold, but in our opinion they are more tender and tasty. The chickens only give these beauties to us for a month or so, and then the eggs will be larger for the rest of the time. Only $4.00 a dozen......come and get 'em!

Heidi, our Brown Swiss, finally had her calf last night.....and it's a girl!

All goat milk Annabel Blue this weekend! At the Round Barn Market and also at our store in Fleischmanns. Get it while it lasts! YUM!

Fresh veggies will be at our store in Fleischmanns next weekend! Peppers, cukes, freshly dug heirloom garlic, yellow zucchini, and maybe cherry tomatoes. The next crop of dry beans is looking pretty darn good, too. Only four bags left of the 2019 harvest, and no more until December. Heirloom tomatoes and heirloom rutabaga turnips will be ready next month, as long as we get some rain! Do your rain dance everyone!!!

When daylight comes, it's time for Merri to get some rest from guarding our flock. Even shearing day didn't disturb her slumber. We love our livestock guardians!

Sheep shearing day - finally! It's coooold up here at 2300 feet until May, but the flock is happy and comfy for the summer thanks to Wooly Meadow Farm. Thank you so much!

Opening Day of the Pakatakan Round Barn Market is TOMORROW!!! Come visit us inside the barn, right by the main doorway. We will have all of our delicious cheeses with us, including the always popular Leek Fromage Blanc soft cheese. In addition, we will have plenty of our homemade goat milk soaps (good for all of that hand washing we are doing now, and very very gentle to your skin) as well as a large selection of alpaca hats and scarves. This week, we will have a delicious selection of cupcakes, cookies, sweet breads, and sandwich breads, which will include organic ingredients as well as gluten free options. During the next few weeks (months?), we will be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, so that we can serve our customers to the best of our ability. Our shelves are fully stocked with local meat, milk, cheese, eggs, and ice cream, in addition to all of our other local products including honey, maple syrup, jams, oil, pickles, and teas. Store surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant twice each hour, or by request, so come visit with confidence and be far from the crowds in our small, family run shop. Stay safe, and stay healthy everyone!

Great news! Our delicious cheeses can now be found in Delhi, NY at Good Cheap Food on Main Street! You never have to travel too far to get our fabulous cheese that comes directly "From Catskill Mountain Meadows" to you.

In our store now! The newest Two Stones Farm cheese to hit the shelves in 2020. An incredible Alpine style cheese, perfect with a nice glass of Pinot Grigio or some sweet pear slices. And don't forget the fondue!
