Trust me when I say there's no one in the world who loves her potatoes... NO ONE. I decided to give Unique Health's "Cauliflower Mash" and I don't think I'll ever have typical mashed potatoes again. Don't believe me??? Try the recipe for yourself!! CAULIFLOWER MASH -1 head of cauliflower... -1 cups vegetable broth -2 cloves garlic, additional can be added if desired -3 tbsp chives, chopped Steam cauliflower and garlic until very tender. While steaming, heat up vegetable broth. Mix cauliflower and garlic in a food processor, slowly adding the brother until desired consistency. Use fork or spoon to mix in chopped chives For an added treat, mix in shrimp or fresh lobster meat during this step.
