Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast this morning. Farm fresh eggs used in a savory omelette. (Apple, cheddar and red onion.) Stuffed local acorn squash. (Caramelized red onion, apples, Italian sausage, cinnamon, maple syrup, a little butter and pecans.) Oven baked apple buttermilk pancakes.

I am happy to announce I am reopening as of July 24, 2020. I have four separate dining areas for social distance breakfast service. My home is a two family, which also provides more ease for social distancing. Please share.
