On Wednesday 1/13/21, we had the pleasure of meeting with Ally Marcello in person, the recipient of the Westbury Healthcare Heroes Jeep Giveaway. We feel truly honored to have had the opportunity to give back to our community. Ally is an exceptional individual. In between working her shifts as an ICU nurse at LIJ located in New Hyde Park, Ally is recognized by her peers for her ISeeU blankets. Within the last year, Ally has distributed more than 200 blankets and sympathy bags to families who have lost loved ones due to COVID-19. Thank you Ally for going above and beyond, you embody what it means to be a healthcare hero.
