We are looking for a motivated Spa Coordinator to join our team of professionals! Duties and Responsibilities: - Welcomes clients to the Spa, intake forms, update client info - Coordinate and schedule all client requests for special Spa arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently inform clients of spa services and features... - Sales: Up-selling treatments - Balance daily transaction and following cash handling protocols - Maintain the cleanliness of the spa restocking and monitoring the waiting room and desk area Requirements: - Excellent client relations skills & telephone etiquette - Excellent verbal & written communication skills with clients and co-workers - Computer literate, detail-oriented, team player - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain a tidy physical property for spa clients. Ability to work well under pressure - Long hours sometimes required - Weekend/Holiday availability is mandatory Benefits: - 401 K match - 50% of medical/dental/vision paid by employer, single policy - Paid time off for major holidays - Competitive wages
