Our YMCA was changed dramatically this year. The pandemic forced us to close our operations for six months, but because of your charitable support, we were able to step up and continue serving our community’s critical needs when your neighbors needed us most. As we look toward the future and continuing to serve our community in amazing ways, we wanted to take a moment to recognize your support of our mission and to share how very grateful we are to have sustaining members like you. NEW CLASS Join us this Saturday, January 9th at 9am for STRONG Nation with Anna! In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Tonight Order from the TGI Fridays in Clifton Park and automatically donate to the Y! Pick-up anytime between 4:00pm - 9:00pm. 20% of all to-go food sales will be donated to the YMCA! All you have to do is mention the Y at pick-up.
