An Old School Solution! Couldn’t get this requested configuration milled so we cast it in the lab! Great to have technicians with the knowledge of the past!

Nice old school casting! This will be a hybrid with individual milled zirconia crowns. The frame will then be covered with pink composite. Notice the stress breaker to compensate flexure of the mandible due to implants placed mesial and distal to the mental foramen. The only reason we didn’t outsource the frame for a one piece milling.
