The Docks

About 90% done getting the docks lined up. Diver will be anchoring docks today. We are still on schedule for completion by Monday night if everything goes smooth!

UPDATE: We know a few of you have been asking about when the docks will be in. When examining some of the docks we noticed a few extra cracks in the floats of our staging docks. These are the docks we use to prep the marina. We have had an order in for new floats that we had hoped would be here by today. We now have a delivery date of Monday. Once these are installed we will be scheduling the install. We will update this page when we have a set date. Thanks for your patience.

We currently are in the permit stages for dock repair. 100% board replacement for boardwalk, electrical rewiring, telecommunications replacement, and erosion protection are all part of this project. We will post progress as we are able to.

We thank you for everyone that worked through some issues we had with our online contract. We are still perfecting it. That being said you should have received an email with a copy of the contract if it submitted. Please let us know if you have any issues.

While we realize there is still snow on the ground, our contract and sign up for the 2021 Season is here. We have moved to a online contract process. The deadline is March 22, 2021 in order to secure your existing slip (Contract, Payment, & Insurance)! Failure to do so by the deadline will result in your existing slip being offered to next in line on the waiting list. We also offer many ways to pay this year with Paypal/Venmo/Check. We are extremely excited to announce that we have been awarded a grant through NYS Empire State Development! This will allow us to address all/most of the deficiencies that the changing water levels have created with our Marina. More details to follow!

Due to the uncertainty in the Tiki being open/capacity this year we will be eliminating the transient dock! We apologize for the inconvenience!

Please see the proposed new mapping, a few slips on D dock have changed numbering as well as some spacing on C dock.

Everything is in and secured. One cable is still missing from A dock however that will not affect safe operation as each cable alone will hold the entire structure. The last one will be placed tomorrow morning. We will be replacing/adding boards as well as putting a protective stain on some of the boards in the morning so please watch your step. More updates on the property coming, we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while we try to improve everyone's experience. The C and D dock had some modifications and we have gained 5 slips. The timeline on those is approximately 2 weeks as the fingers are being constructed.
