Yes- we are SO EXCITED that we can reopen. However, there are a lot of moving pieces + guidance that needs to get sorted out before we are able to go back inside the studio. COMPASS, worried about the masks or wanting some helpful tips for riding//flowing while wearing them? Here are 5 of our greatest tips for wearing those in class! 1. Whenever you need to, saddle back or take child’s pose. Take the time you need to slow that HR down. 2. Wear the plastic insert to help pull the mask away from your face when things get hot! Don’t have one?! We have you covered. Stop by the front desk. 3. Breathe in nice + slow, exhale nice + slow. This will hel...p regulate your HR + your breathing pattern. 4. Bring an extra mask to switch half way through class! We know things get super sweaty so bring an extra to change out of. Game changer! 5. Smile. Even though we have these masks on, smiling will automatically help you calm down + enjoy your ride//flow. What other tips do you have for the community?! COMPASS, please review the following before coming to an indoor class - We ask that you do not reserve in advance for a double due to limited seating + giving all members a chance to take a class. You are more than welcome to stay for the double if there are spots available. - We ask that members do not congregate in the lobby area before/after class. Doors for the studio will be open 5 minutes prior to class. As much as we LOVE chatting + connecting before + after classes,... we need to limit the amount of traffic as much as possible. - For our waitlist, you will receive an auto email if a spot opens up prior to 6p the day before scheduled class otherwise you will be called. We will NOT leave a message so be on the lookout for a phone call. - New riders MUST BE HERE 5 minutes before class begins. No exceptions. Lastly, please be cognizant of no-showing//late cancelling. We totally understand that things happen, however with limited seating we just want to be able to give everyone an opportunity to ride//flow + if you cannot attend, please think of a fellow member who may be waiting for that spot.
