We are deeply saddened by the loss of Dr. Jaber. He was an advocate for the Arab and Muslim community in Brooklyn and NYC. May God have mercy on your soul and give comfort to your family. We remember your tireless efforts in translating into Arabic the many legal presentations and updates lawyers and community advocates would do at Masjid Dawood in Brooklyn. Dr. Jaber, we will remember your contributions and honor your legacy. Our 4 and a half year old client just got her US Citizenship this morning! We had filed a N600 Application for Certificate of Citizenship as our client’s mother is a US citizen by birth but the daughter was born overseas so the child had to first come to the US and then go through the Naturalization process here through USCIS. Our firm’s proud our work helps immigrants become US citizens!

Our law firm just got another 10 year Green Card in the mail this week! We are pleased to have helped another immigration client keep her legal permanent resident status in US after we fought hard against USCIS on her I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence when her husband refused to sign the Petition. We convinced USCIS that her 10 year Green Card should be approved on an individual basis after she got married in good faith to her husband but was abused and subject to extreme cruelty by her husband.

Heading into USCIS offices in downtown Manhattan to fight for a Green Card Holder immigration client who was wrongfully denied his Citizenship application! Our firm refuses to sit back and let DHS and this Administration deny immigrants their rights.

Happy Friday! It’s the end of week but we aren’t done fighting for our clients! Heading into USCIS 26 Federal Plaza, NY, NY to fight for my Yemeni client’s I-130 case. USCIS has not made a decision on this I-130 case that was filed in 2017 and we sued DHS & USCIS in Mandamus lawsuit to force them to make a decision on my client’s case!
