Saturday Release. Double Barrel Braggot - 12% abv. This bottle is a collaborative effort between us and Lilly Belle Meads. We selected two of our favorite barrels, an unreleased barrel aged black barleywine from Eli Fish, and a small Rye barrel of Bobby, Lilly Belles bochet mead, to feature in this blend. We then married the 2 barrels in freshly dumped Black Button rye barrels for a 3 month second barreling.... This Braggot has intense oak and tannic notes on the nose, then is followed with unparalleled sweet honey and malt. A real treat, and very limited.
