To all our patrons, we are now open with restrictive hours and requirements set forth by NY State and NYC. Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 11:00 AM to 10:00PM. We are only allowed 50% capacity at this time. Only 2 people per table, mandatory masks are required. We are not allowed to serve food or beverages and customers are not allowed to bring in food or beverage for consumption. Temperature checks and mandatory questionnaire must be filled out before you c...an be allowed to play here. We have implemented many safety measures for our customers. Hand sanitizing stations throughout the room as well as plexiglass glass dividers between tables and at the front desk. DOH & CDC cleaning proto calls have been out in place. Hands free bathroom sinks and urinal. We have air purifiers throughout the room with a Merv rating of 18. There are antimicrobial coatings on all high touch surfaces, door knobs handles tables etc. Please respect our requirements and we hope you enjoy your visit. Dear Gotham City Billiards Friends & Family, In New York City, bowling alleys, gyms and a dozen other indoor activities have opened up - but not pool rooms. After being 100% closed for SIX MONTHS, pool rooms in New York City are one of the few industries that has still not been allowed to reopen! Please take a minute and email Governor Cuomo and tell him to allow pool rooms to re-open in New York City! Just go to http://governor.ny.gov/contact and fill out your contact info. ...Choose a category (Jobs), and then cut and paste the paragraph below into the "Message" Box. It takes one minute. Please - if you can - do this TODAY: Governor Cuomo: Pool rooms allow for better social distancing than restaurants or bowling alleys. They can sanitize their equipment better than gyms. They can require masks, install six foot markers, and check temperatures. Pool rooms in New York City employ 1,000 hard-working men and women who need their jobs back. More than 3,500 New Yorkers have signed a petition on change.org asking you to allow pool rooms to re-open in New York City. Please make it happen! Thank you! Hello fellow pool players. I would like to update you on all we are doing to get back in business. Amsterdam Billiards along with Gotham and 30 + pool rooms hav...e contacted the Governor sent him a personalized letter from all of the pool rooms with a rack of balls from each of the rooms last week and we got no response. We have contacted all of our assembly people, senators and leaders in our area and have got no response basically saying it is up to the Governor. We want to open. We miss you. The city has opened ping pong, bowling alleys and gyms which are more dangerous than we are. We have made so many improvements in our rooms. We have spent thousands of dollars on hands free sinks, urinals, antimicrobial coatings on high touch surfaces, plastic shields for the front counters and in between each pool table as well as hand sanitizer stations everywhere. What more can we do? People can afford the rent anymore and there probably would have to close and there will be no more pool halls left in NYC. Please if anyone can help the pool industry get back open again I would so be appreciative of what anybody can do. Gotham will post pics of the improvements. See more

We are trying to gather as many Billiards in the 5 boros and upstate to join us in a proposal to open pool halls in NY State. I am reaching out to as many pool ...halls as i can and have so far gotten a small group of pool halls together. We have done everything to make sure our customer are safe, plastics, air machines, Fogging machines touch less bathrooms antibacterial film for all high touch surfaces and so much more.
