It’s a busy day #ElectionDay at Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen in addition to our regular Soup Kitchen service and our Tuesday pantry program, the Soup Kitchen is also a polling place in #NYC! If you haven’t already voted, today is the last day to do so. Wear a mask to #VoteSafely polls in New York are open until 9pm tonight. Thank you to all the #EssentialWorkers who are working the polls today and helping us cast our ballots!

Our friends at Duane Reade and Walgreens came to the Soup Kitchen to administer flu shots to our community last week. They'll be back again tomorrow (10/29) from 2pm to 5pm - if you're in the neighborhood and haven't gotten your flu shot, stop by the free clinic and get yours tomorrow! Thank you Duane Reade and Walgreens for ensuring that everyone in our community has the opportunity to get their flu shots.

Over 1.5 million New Yorkers are food insecure. Many of them rely on our Soup Kitchen and Pantry Program to fill the gap, providing them with nutritious food, even if it is only one meal a day.
