In Bloom Yoga

Colleen Lagasse and I are walking for Autism and to support the Kelberman Center. Many of our friends at the Kelberman Center/UCP have help the In Bloom Yoga studio by cleaning, organizing, returning our recyclables, etc. We want to give back and we hope our community will do the same. I am also walking to honor my late husband Dr. Raouf Kodsy who was also a proud supporter of the Kelberman and the walk.

We are selling Puzzle Pieces at In Bloom for Autism Awareness month at In Bloom. Anyone who buys a puzzle piece will be entered in to win a Month of Free Yoga at In Bloom, Jade Yoga, and other great yoga gear- Basket Value at over $300! All proceeds go to the Kelberman Center

Yoga Give Back!!!

In Bloom Yoga welcomes Jeri George on Monday’s for Vinyasa Flow all level practice starting Oct 26. Jeri’s first class on the 26th is complementary but it is advised you register in advance because we must limit attendees to ensure Social Distancing.

This Wednesday 10/14: 7:15pm- Yin Yoga with Colleen (subbing for Meg) If your hips need some TLC then join Colleen this Wednesday for an indulgent yin practice geared towards taking care of those hips!
