Our partners at APPEAL - Asian Pacific Partners for Empowerment, Advocacy and Leadership for Health are hosting United in Hope: Building Community Leadership Teams to Prevent the Spread of COVID, a 3-month program focused on developing and equipping young adult, AA & NH/PI leaders (18-24) who want to become change-making agents in their communities. Individuals will develop a holistic approach when talking to their communities about the impact of COVID-19 and how to overcome ...barriers to vaccine access and uptake. This program will commence with a 1 Day Core Leadership Summit, via Zoom on January 31, 2022 from 2pm-5pm ET. Key activities throughout the 3-month period will include wellness check-in dialogues, skill-based training on misinformation, and informational sessions/updates. The program will conclude with a Capstone Summit in June and a modest compensation (up to $1000). Find the link to the application here: https://linktr.ee/APPEALforHealth
