U.S. Rep. Scott Perry (PA) Visits The Gardens at Camp Hill The Gardens at Camp Hill recently welcomed Congressman Scott Perry (PA) to its facility to meet with ...residents and staff. Congressman Perry held one-on-one listening sessions with residents and staff and participated in a tour of the facility and campus. The congressman was also joined by a staffer, Ceason, who brought along Jive, her therapy dog to interact with the residents. The visit wasn’t all play though, Our staff had an informative discussion with the Congressman on a variety of pertinent healthcare-related topics, said Gabe Sebbag, Vice President of Operations, adding, The Congressman’s time and consideration is a sign of his strong and long-standing commitment to the advancement of quality health care in the State of Pennsylvania. Priority Healthcare Group recently held its 2nd Annual Administrator Appreciation Golf Outing at Irem Country Club in Dallas, Pennsylvania. The annual summer event brings together facility administrators for a day of recreation, networking and celebration. The outing also provided administrators an opportunity for team building and inter-facility collaboration. Following brunch, the players headed out for a spirited game of golf. Administrators were paired up with participati...ng executives and corporate employees and together enjoyed a variety of competitions and activities. At dinner, owners David Gamzeh and Akiva Glatzer kicked off the award ceremony by thanking and recognizing both the great individual and group achievements made over the course of the past year. Following their opening remarks, together, they presented the Recognition of Excellence Award to Administrators, Ryan Wismer and Stephen Maganzini, in recognition of their exemplary leadership and performance. The event was coordinated by its VP of Clinical Reimbursement, Tina Greatorex. In attendance, was the Senior Management Team, Regional Clinical teams, Administrators, Directors of Nurses, Directors of Rehab, and RNACs/LNACs from the Company’s 33 homes covering 6 states.... The guest Speaker, Sheryl Rosenfield, VP of Clinical Services for Zimmet Healthcare kept the audience on the edge of their seats with her Presentation Understanding, and Implementing the SNF Mega Rule, Value Based Payment or the Quality Reporting Program. Randy Shine Shine Entertainment, amazed the crowd with his strolling magic. Our very own Lisa Hower, Director of Network Development, introduced to the Facilities a Care Coordination Model that will be rolled out within the next few weeks. And finally, in keeping with this year’s theme The Race is on: Will you win, place, or Show?, we had a horse race to determine the Triple Crown winner.
