Camp Y-Owasco

Hi everyone! This post is long overdue but as we at CYO like to say, better late than never, better never late. Thank you so much to everyone who came this summer and everyone who didn’t come but still supported us from home. This summer was not what any of us expected, but it’s safe to say that it grew on all of us. While we might not have been able to play capture the flag, have closing bonfires at night, or sing the announcement song in the lodge at dinner, we were given... the privilege of some sort of normalcy in a very strange world from camp, which is a place that is typically very far from normal. We owe the success of this summer to all you kids and especially you, staff. This summer wouldn’t have been possible without such an amazing staff that dealt with whatever they were thrown and did everything they could to make sure that our campers got the best camp experience possible this summer, pandemic or not. Camp Y-Owasco couldn’t have been the last camp standing without you all.
